Fenox Venture Capital, a global venture capital firm, recently invested in Edyn, a Silicon Valley startup and Y Combinator graduate, which aims to create the world’s most advanced connected garden sensor to help gardeners and farmers keep their plants healthy. Edyn first launched at TechCrunch disrupt 2013 and launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, netting over $350,000 in preorders. The company was started by a Princeton Grad and the Edyn design was created by famed designer Yves Behar.
Edyn continues to grow, having delivered its first backer units, and has rolled out to Home Depot stores. The company continues to work on developing other IoT devices to help make the garden smarter. Fenox is excited to join notable investors, such as Y Combinator, QueensBridge Venture Partners, and Indicator Ventures in supporting Edyn as it helps to make the world’s gardens smarter.
